Dan Dúet’s music and performance are truly anointed by the Lord and will bless any person or group privileged to hear him.  He has blessed me.” - Fr. George T. Montague, S.M.
Lenten Parish MissionMaria Immacolata Catholic Church, Houma, LA Dan Dúet filled the need for a spirituality message through his music and message. He has a unique and gentle approach that engages the congregation to want to listen to his music and his words. Parishioners felt that Dan had helped them to better understand their relationship with God, and how God intimately can touch our lives in the ordinary of life. What I would tell someone who is considering using Dan for a concert or parish mission is to do so. He is easy to work with and is open to suggestions for the good of the parish. Dan’s mission was important to me because Dan was able to appeal to the congregation in a way that I as a priest could never do. He was more witnessing than instructional, more of a sharer, and more in touch with the practical and real rather than theoretical or scholastic. Dan came to my parish two times and I would definitely invite Dan to return to my parish in the future. ” - Fr. Clyde Mahler, Pastor

Used with permission. Dear Dan, I've been meaning to drop you a line to thank you for the mission you gave at Maria Immacolata in Houma, LA that I attended.  You and your Two-Twelve Ministries were put into my prayer vase the day after the mission, Thursday morning and have been in my daily prayers ever since.  I don't know if I can explain what I came away with after attending your mission.  I'm 70 years old and have never felt what I felt that Thursday morning.  I have always felt very close to Jesus and I know in the last few years have grown closer to my faith but I felt as though I was starved and had went to a very big banquet table and filled my body, mind, and soul with everything I needed.  We are starting Holy Week and I am looking forward to all the services and feel that I will get more out of them this year, thanks to you and the mission.  I think sometimes we wonder if we are doing the right thing with our lives - I feel you are right where you need to be.  You gave so much of yourself for the mission and I for one got so much out of it.  Sorry for the one paragraph but I'm in a hurry, trying to get to 12:10 Mass.  Thank you again and hope you are well.” - Mary
